We collect no information from visitors.

However, anyone who buys a Klunker box will have some information recorded. I keep track of the name of the purchaser, box number, date of purchase, and either phone number or email address. This is used to keep track of repairs and box updates. This information will not be deleted unless the purchaser returns or disposes of the Klunker box. This information is stored offline, not exposed to the internet.

If a credit card is used to purchase a product, all credit card information is discarded as soon as transaction completes. Nothing is ever stored.
